Experience: 1.5-5 yrs

Experience: Min 3-5 years of Experience in sales portfolio in Automation and/or in related fields of automation technologies

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate in Electrical / Electronics
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
  • MBA marketing will be an added advantage
  • Must have knowledge of Siemens Automation products like PLC, PLC modules, Power Supply, HMI, Scada, DCS Siemens LV Drives VFD Lapp make Cables Electrical Panels Like MCC Panels, PCC Panels, APFC Panel, Drives Panel, PLC Panel Basic Knowledge of Switchgears, motors. Machine Retrofitting/ Upgradation.

Responsibilities

  • Generating business leads for Automation and Industry 4.0 solutions by visiting potential customers
  • The position is responsible for the field sales of Siemens products.
  • Understanding the technical requirements of clients and co-ordinate with our internal team for preparing the solutions and offerings as per the commitment given to customers
  • Prepare the offer proposal with accuracy and share it with clients in the given time lines
  • Manage final negotiation to finalize the order from the client
  • Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast. Effectively conducts customer visits, Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with Customers
  • Creating account plans for each (KEY) accounts and manage the execution plan against each of these plans. Ability to travel 70% of the time is required
  • Proven sales experience and a good track record for exceeding sales targets is required. To manage the targets assigned by the management
  • Respond promptly to sales requests for customer engagement needs
  • Maintain the data and periodic analytics for Management review

Skills / Requirements

  • Should be an extrovert self-motivated personality with a results-driven approach and be very strong in negotiation and convincing
  • Good communication & presentation skills with an eye for details
  • Competent to handle product demo and Technical queries for customers
  • The job profile involves regular traveling at client sites. Having a personal vehicle is a mandated requirement for the applicant for this profile.
  • Having a good network of potential industries will be an added advantage for the candidate.
  • An ability to build and manage good relations with clients is essential
