2. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Name, company, email address, telephone number, requirement category and the content of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Recruitment information. Where you apply for a role, the CV and supporting information you send to our recruitment address.
- Technical information. Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, generated automatically when any website is accessed.
- Preference information. Your chosen colour theme is stored locally in your browser. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information, quotation or consultation you asked for.
- To manage an ongoing commercial relationship, including project delivery and support.
- To assess applications for employment where you have applied to us.
- To maintain the security and correct operation of this website.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Recruitment information is retained only for as long as it is relevant to current or foreseeable openings.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and you send information to us at your own risk.
Where KNEO processes customer production data as part of a project — for example within an on-premise MAPP deployment — the handling, residency and security of that data are governed by the project contract rather than by this website policy.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single preference value in your browser's local storage to remember whether you selected the light or dark theme. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
9. Your rights
