Where KNEO supplies services, software or systems, that supply is governed by the specific contract, purchase order and agreed scope for the engagement — not by these website terms. In the event of a conflict, the project contract prevails.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement between the parties provides otherwise.
